| Details: | SUMMARY: Spring source AC - AS sample positive for E. coli DETAILS: Source sample from spring on 12/15/15 was positive for E. coli. Spoke with Bill about having Levi take the five repeats. Levi has already taken the 5 repeats to the lab. Well AB had a TCR however, the system chlorinates. ACTION NEEDED: Submit 5 repeat samples from source AC. Wait for results . Positive sample(s) will require a tier I notice. | ||
