| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ routine sample DETAILS: Evan H. had spoken with Ken in regards to the positive coliform sample and follow up sampling requirements. There is construction work going on building a new gas fire plant and it is possible some materials in the pipes were introduced or loosened up. ACTION NEEDED: System was told to collect 4 repeat samples and a triggered source sample (per Evan). Due to the positive sample being 11/30 - the 5 temporary routine samples are also required to be collected in December. It was noted that all of the repeat samples were collected at the original sample location. The 5 additional temporary routine samples are being collected at 5 different sample taps so the repeat sample results have been accepted. Further action will be based on the results. | ||
