| Details: | SUMMARY: correction of 2 survey deficiencies DETAILS: An update was received from the City on 12/8/2015. Two of the overdue deficiency corrections have been completed: 1) operations and maintenance manual is in "office" at slow sand plant and 2) turbidimeters not calibrated - meters have been calibrated and new calibration standards have been purchased. ACTION NEEDED: continue to work on and correct rest of noted deficiencies - response needs to be submitted by 1/9/16 for final timeline for deficiency correction. | ||
