Assistance Type: OTHER REGULATORY - Low water in reservoir due to leak
Reasons: Other

Details: Operator believes the system has a leak due to reservoir levels. the system will be hauling water from the City of Dufur system (4100261) to the South Basin system. The operator will take steps to identify the leak once wild fires subside.
This is also a possible cause for the low reservoir level, the area has experienced large wild fires and may be contributing to the over use of water.
