Details:	On 03/01/2021 I sent the following message to the water system via email: "Bhupinder and/or Jas, The purpose of this email is to hopefully get your water system in compliance with public drinking water rules in the state of Oregon. Currently the water source for the New Hope Market is considered “unapproved” as it has not gone through plan review with an engineer with the State Drinking Water Program. I am asking that you provide me with a written date for when you will complete the plan review paperwork and submit it to the Drinking Water Program with the appropriate fee. It has been a fair bit of time since notice was given regarding the requirement for plan review of the water system. I left a phone message at the number (559) 790-7291 to have one of you contact me, please advise me if there is a better way to reach either of you. It is your business’s choice if you want the water at the store to be considered a public water system, depending on its use. If any of the following are true regarding the usage of the water at the store, the water system is required to be a public water system and go through plan review: have a soda fountain that uses the water, have a public restroom, serve coffee made from the water, make ice from the water, have a water fountain, or have a water vending machine.
