Details: I called and left a voicemail message regarding the failure to maintain 4-log treatment (i.e. chlorine residual) in their water system that occurred back in November 2020. I also discussed the need to submit the monthly chlorine residual reports for the months following November 2020. I asked her to call me back to confirm their chlorinator is still functional and to email me the monthly reports. I am awaiting a return phone call.

Also, since they are due for their survey this year I will schedule the survey to be done as soon as possible.
