| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ routine sample DETAILS: System had collected their 1st quarter sample on 1/7/16 and the result was TC+. All samples in the systems history have been collected from the hand washing sink. In speaking with the operator, proper procedures have been followed in the sample collection process. System will collect the required follow up samples. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample week of January 11. Further action will be based on the result. | ||
