| Details: | SUMMARY: Site visit made to Living Stones Preschool to confirm the well has been physically disconnected. DETAILS: 12-2-15 --- Site visit made to Living Stones Preschool: The well has been physically disconnected and Sallie informed me the water source is City of Medford water (hauled). I sent Scott Curry an e-mail requesting he have DMCE change the coliform schedule to monthly, remove nitrate monitoring from the schedule, and inactivate SRC-AA. Plan review is required for the new storage tank: this was noted in the 11-16-15 letter from our office to the system operator. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
