| Details: | SUMMARY: The routine sample collected on 12-22-15 tested positive for E coli. DETAILS: 12-23-15 --- The routine sample collected on 12-22-15 tested positive for E coli. Spoke with Jim about collecting the triggered and repeat samples today: hes on his way to Neilson Research to drop them off now. I ran through several scenarios with Jim given possible sample results and the impending holiday and then put these scenarios together, along with a boil water notice (should it be needed) in an email and sent it to Jim. I did also note that five temp routines are due in January. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
