| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant Deficiency Follow-up DETAILS: I spoke with Merrily Nealy regarding the remaining significant deficiency from the water system survey . After talking with the DWP, this is not considered a deficiency for installation of secondary water treatment (water softener and UV light not installed due to source water disinfection/public health concern).
