| Details: | SUMMARY: Limited Boil Order Due to Main Break DETAILS: 1/11/16 - Casey left a message that the same line that broke on 1/4/16 had been broken again when backfill in a sewer service line trench was being compacted. The same set of homes lost pressure again, and were told to boil their water after pressure was restored. 1/13/15 - The main was repaired, chlorinated, flushed, and samples collected per AWWA Standard C651. Both samples passed, however an additional fracture in the pipe was discovered. 1/15/16 - Additional repair work was completed and samples collected, allowing the limited boil order to be lifted..
