| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: System reported a positive coliform test result for 3rd quarter 2015 routine sample. System did not report the required repeat and routine sample results and caused the system to be listed as a PNC. The system actually completed 4 repeat samples, plus one triggered source sample in August. System also completed 5 routine samples in September. Jon Mathews, the new owner, stated the testing lab failed to report the results to DWS. Apparently a change in ownership of the store occurred during the time of the follow up testing and contributed to the lack of reporting. Mr. Mathews was not able to completely explain the lack of reporting other than the change of ownership as a contributing factor. The required repeat and rountine samples have been reported and are now posted on SDWIS. ACTION NEEDED: No further action required. | ||
