| Details: | SUMMARY: Source Water Assessment sample positive for E. coli (COLI15015) DETAILS: The system distribution has been connected to a water hauler truck with source water from the City of Grants Pass. The sytem provided written notice regarding procedures for the flusing of the water sytem and photographic evidence that the system is connected to the water truck. The boil water notice has been lifted and the system will commence interim monthly coliform sampling due to the surface water source being used in the water truck. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with source water evaluation paperwork | ||
