Details:	SUMMARY: Violation follow up/RTC DETAILS: System had to violations Sept and November for no or late daily chlorine record. Talked to operators and she submitted December 2015 record. Reminded to continue to send them in by the 10th of the following month. ACTION NEEDED: Continued on-time chlorine record submission. Also, remember to take annual raw assemssment sample.
