| Details: | Approved corrective action plan. On 05.24.31 - calibration of Turbidity meters completed. Operators and DRC are still in the process of being trained on how to conduct a turbidity profiler on individual filters at least quarterly. On 04.08.21 Received an email form Jason Carman, the Rural Development Specialist working with Steve to address the significant deficiencies. Jason worked out a corrective action plan to address the pending significant deficiencies: - Annual CCR Not submitted: The 2019 CCR was sent in, but not the certification form. Jason will work with Steve to get the form for the 2019 CCR to OHA by EOB on 04/16/2021. He will also review the 2020 draft and assist Steve with the certification form before the July 1st due date. - Turbidimeters not calibrated per manufacture or at least quarterly and Turbidity profile not conducted on individual filters at least quarterly: Jason is planning a site visit on 05/10/2021 to address the turbidity calibration deficiency. He will train the DRC and operator on how to calibrate the turbidity meter. On the same date Jason will also plans to train the operator and DRC on how to conduct a filter turbidity profile. He will provide the operator with a system operations SOP to assist them with scheduled regulatory tasks. Copy of this email saved in system's e-folder. |
