| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert follow-up on TC+ routine sample. Repeat follow-up and invalidation consideration conversation. DETAILS: Routine sample was TC+, repeats taken and all were negative except the Westrik site. The system considered invalidation but there are not many sample sites in the distribution and this is a vital/ often used area and they want to keep this site in their rotation of sample sites. ACTION NEEDED: Public Notice is needed. Send copy to the State. Operator plans on doing some extensive flushing before next months 5 temporary routine samples. | ||
