| Details: | The operator reported that back flow significant deficiencies found during a Level 2 investigation in December 2020 have been corrected. All backflow flow devices are now accounted for and tested. Some were reported in the 2020 annual summary report. One new homeowner whose had a device installed and tested will show in the 2021 ASR. I will consider the significant deficiencies corrected based on his response. |
