| Details: | SUMMARY: timeline extension - deficiency correction DETAILS: The system has asked for a 1-year extension on their survey deficiency correction deadline. This applies to: ASR, testing cross connections, effluent flow meter, tracer study and 1st user testing. The following items were corrected prior to 12/8/15: Operations and maintenance manual (located in treatment plant office) and turbidimeters not calibrated. New calibration standards had been purchased and turbidimeters are being tested regularly. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to keep OHA updated on system status in regards to deficiency correction. | ||
