| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat TC+ alert follow up DETAILS: 1 of 4 repeats tc+ following routine tc+. Spoke with Gene and system had already been flushed and 4 special samples taken on 1/18 and all absent. Improvements have been made to the system including removing an old liner in the reservoir. This work done could be cause of positives? Discussed PN and temp routine sampling in February. ACTION NEEDED: Send out Public notice for "resolved" TC+ within 30 days and get copy to me. Take 5 temporary routines in February. | ||
