| Details: | SUMMARY: FU to TC+ 1-12-16 DETAILS: Whitney observed the sampler from Pyxis, she said he did not follow proper protocol with cleaning tap and running the water. It is a mystery as to why they are having the repeat coliforms. They did shock the system and found that they do have a sample tap at the wellhead. I recommend that she look at the holding tank, the water softener-checking the filter and the whole system with a fine tooth comb prior to resample. I also recommended she check with the circuit rider program. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
