Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up on lead copper and survey deficiencies DETAILS: Emailed Scott 10/14/15 requesting an update on status of corrosion control treatment installation and correction of significant deficiencies identified during the 5/29/15. As of 11/23/15 no response received so sent a Notice of Violation letter this date requesting a response by 12/23/15 that outlines how and when the above deficiencies will be corrected. Also sent a separate letter outlining actions required by system to address June 2015 lead and copper exceedance. ACTION NEEDED: Timber to respond by 12/23/15 or face formal enforcement.
