Details:	SUMMARY: Enforcement follow-up (2 of 2) DETAILS: (Continued from previous contact report): We also discussed the corrosion control treatment and Chris indicated they were going with caustic. I told him that testing (WQP monitoring) needs to be done prior to determing the appropriate treatment and that the steps were outlined in my 11/23/15 letter. Sent my 11/23/15 letter to Chris outlining steps to take regarding corrosion control treatment and asked the WQP monitoring be conducted asap in order to determine appropriate treatment. Source water monitoring for lead and copper must also be done. Sent lead public education brochure template to Chris and asked that he complete a draft and send it to me for review and approval prior to distributing it to all users and include a statement about lead on billing statements no less than quarterly beginning asap. ACTION NEEDED: Requested system contact us if decision is made to replace membranes and submit info for plan review by this office prior to installation (PR instructions sent by email to Chris 1/22/16). System needs to conduct WQP monitoring to determine appropriate corrosion control treatment, source water monitoring for lead and copper, and distribute public education brochure regarding lead asap.
