| Details: | SUMMARY: LCR Excursion for not meeting minimum pH on 12/14/15 - pH was 7.1 DETAILS: I received an alert on 1-21-16 for a single excursion of not meeting the minimum pH of 7.2 on 12/14/15. The pH on 12/13/15 was 7.4, pH on 12/14/15 was 7.1, and the pH on 12/15/15 was 7.5 and remained above 7.4 the remainder of the month. System is allowed 9 excursions in a 6-month period and the total number of excursions for the most recent 6-month period from 7/1/15 - 12/31/15 is 2. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed. Systems has 2 excursions and is allowed up to 9 excursions in a 6-month period. pH was restored the day after the 12/14/15 excursion. | ||
