| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead action level follow-up DETAILS: System conducted WQP monitoring 12/14/15 and results were sent to the circuit rider 1/26/15 with a request for assistance in determining most effective corrosion control treatment option (due 3/31/16). Concurrently, lead and copper testing at 10 sites was conducted 1/7/16 and all results were under the action level for both lead and copper. ACTION NEEDED: Submit corrosion control treatment recommendation by 3/31/16. System can conduct another round of lead and copper sampling at 10 sites and suspend installation of treatment if both lead and copper are under the action levels. Need to confirm that lead public education was distributed, information statement added to bill, and source water lead and copper testing has been completed. UPDATE 1/26/16: Buck reported that lead education (brochure and info statement on bill) was distributed with the last bill which reached customers around 1/3/16. Source water sample for lead and copper still needs to be collected. | ||
