Details:	SUMMARY: E-Coli Source Water F/U Confirmation Samples DETAILS: I left a message on voicemail about taking 5 source water confirmation samples. On Friday (1/08/16) I spoke with Mike about taking the necessary 5 source water confirmation samples or that he would have to notify the water users of a boil water notice. Today I noticed that only one sample was taken and that it was a routine water sample, so I notified him again. ACTION NEEDED: verify source water samples were taken
