| Details: | SUMMARY: Ecoli positive - boil water notice required DETAILS: I contacted Steve about the positive confirmations samples. I asked him to issue a BW notice ASAP. He said that he was in Idaho. I sent him by email a boil water notice example and a corrective action plan letter. He asked that I send it to Mike Beyer. I called Mike to ask him to issue a boil water notice. I also asked for his address to send the corrective action plan letter. He has no email. I will be sending the boil water notice example and the corrective action plan letter. I also suggested a Circuit Rider that I spoke with this morning. I asked that the water system contact the Circuit Rider for assistance in correcting the source water problem. ACTION NEEDED: Issue boil water notice. | ||
