I explained that I left numerous messages for both he and Al to discuss the violations. Currently there are no unresolved violations. Discussed 4-log compliance monitoring form that John sends in every month. No excursions since August. He also wanted to change the name and update the mailing address. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
