| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead and Copper Samples not taken during the required time period. DETAILS: Noted during the 2014 Survey that the Lead and Copper Samples taken in 2014 were collected to late in the year to comply with the specified sample dates. I had talked with Amber in April 2015 about the missed sample dates and told her that Public Notification of missing the sample datees was needed and including the notice in the 2014 Consummer Confidence Report would meet the requirement. Today ( 1-28-16) check SDWIS and verified that the 2014 CCR was submitted to DWS (June 2015) and that Lead and Copper Samples were also taken in June 2015. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
