Details: SUMMARY: To correct EColi problem, propose to drill new well DETAILS: Robert Roach relayed information that Pacific corp plans to drill a new well 30 feet farther from the surface water source than the existing well to attempt to rid of E Coli problem. I explained that he must go through plan review and sent him the plan review website link. ACTION NEEDED: Plan review required for new well. Pacific corp will contact DWP plan review
