| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up on Nitrate detect DETAILS: Genes January 21 sample for Nitrate was detected at 5.41 mg/L. We discussed potential sources of Nitrate, and the normal follow - up sampling is quarterly following a detect of greater than 1/2 the MCL of 10 mg/L. System is under formal enforcement to disconnect from current spring source and connect to Crystal Springs WD by May 1. System to take quarterly samples if still a public water system in 2nd quarter 2016, and any follow up quarters. ACTION NEEDED: System to begin quarterly Nitrate monitoring as long as it continues to be a public water system. DWS to support system in connecting to Crystal Springs WD. | ||
