| Details: | I emailed Matt regarding missing coliform samples for the second quarter of 2020 and the first quarter of 2021. The operator will receive an opportunity letter from Drinking Water Services. I explained the opportunity letter and what was needed to gain compliance. Matt responded that he will submit a make sample on 4/13/21 and another sample in one week to meet the quarterly sample requirement. I explained that if the samples were not submitted in the required time line that the water system would default to monthly coliform samples for one year. |
