| Details: | SUMMARY: Letter Sent - Missed 90 day Deadline Following WSS DETAILS: This letter is being drafted because ‘USFS Cloud Cap/Cooper Spur’ public water system missed a deadline to submit a corrective action plan to Hood River County Health Department, Environmental Health Office.On 5/28/15, Hood River County Health Department conducted a water system survey at ‘USFS Cloud Cap/Cooper Spur’ public water system. On June 1st, 2015, Hood River County Health Department drafted a formal report discussing that site visit (along with a cover letter) and sent the report to you.On 8/10/15, Hood River County Health Department conducted a follow-up water system survey at ‘USFS Cloud Cap/Cooper Spur’ public water system in order to view components of the water system inaccessible during the first site visit on 5/28/15. See file for more info. ACTION NEEDED: Submit a corrective action plan within 30 days (recommended). Resolve outstandingissues or post public notifications before opening for the 2016 season (required -scheduled to open on 7/1/16, but remains weather dependent). | ||
