| Details: | SUMMARY: Total coliform found in distribution. DETAILS: 5 Samples collected 2/1/16 meeting the 5 Temporary Routine samples requirement following an original routine positive (January 11th). 2 of 5 samples were determined to have presence of Total coliform. After discussing situation with Chuck Michael, DWS Compliance Specialist, I contacted Kenny Cutbirth by phone and informed him to collect 1 repeat sample at the source (triggered). No further samples will be required until campground opens in April of this year. Pending results of the source (triggered) sample, will assess the water system and any corrective actions required. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results from source (triggered) sample. | ||
