| Details: | I spoke to Travis regarding the violation for not sampling in the first quarter of 2021. The gym has been closed due to state executive order requirements. The facility was able to reopen in March. The third party testing contractor missed getting the sample in. They may be considering sampling themselves. We discussed reviewing and using a coliform sampling schedule. The water system was due for a survey in 2020, but due to Covid-19 restrictions it was not completed. They are on the survey schedule for 2021. |
