| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant deficiency follow-up for the survey conducted on 8/25/15 DETAILS: I spoke to James over the phone and reviewed the information he had compiled for his operations manual. We compared his information against the operations manual outline provided in the small water systems training manual. James confirmed that he had all the required information and that a copy was placed in his office and the main office. ACTION NEEDED: Notify the DWP that the SD is corrected. | ||
