| Details: | SUMMARY: RT was Coliform + DETAILS: Talked to Joe told him to collect 4 RP samples in the distribution and one from the Source. The source is a spring up on the hill and the location for the source sampling is at the shed where the water comes into the building to be treated by a UV light. This location was approved during the last water survey in June 2015. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 4 RP samples and one from the source location. | ||
