Details:	SUMMARY: Lead and copper DETAILS: Russ Kazmeirczak from Region 2 was revewing lead and copper issues for Benton County. He requested that I prepare a contact report regarding any updates to Corvallis Waldorf s lead and copper remediation. I have copied and pasted a summary from Tim Love sent by e-mail in October. All September samples were reported below the MCL for lead and copper. Hi Scott,We got our results back from the Sept. lead/copper test. All five test points were below MCL! I have attached the complete result page for you to see. As I have stated throughout the past year, we are making incremental improvements to our distribution system trying to pinpoint the direct cause of lead/copper problems. With the recent replacement of 7 classroom faucets, valves, stems and supply lines it appears we have tackled at least some of the highest sources of contamination. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results from the next six month sample round.
