| Details: | SUMMARY: Our office received a copy of the boil water notice-- DWS wants a revised one issued. DETAILS: 1-22-16 --- I received a copy of the boil water notice Jim B. distributed earlier this month. Casey Lyon informed me it is incomplete and needs to be re-done and re-distributed. I filled out a revised copy and e-mailed it to Jim B. this morning with instructions on distributing it residents. I also called Jim B. and left a voice mail with instructions on what to do.1-22-16 --- Jim e-mailed a message saying he has distributed the revised public notice. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
