| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Follow-Up DETAILS: Spoke with Nancy regarding the recent violation for not submitting the December 2015 4-log compliance monitoring report. She said she had just mailed in both the December and January reports. Restated the importance of maintaining the chlorine residual. The new on-site manager Alan is taking care of the chlorinator and taking daily measurements. Nancy also said the well pump was replaced and the leak in the well building was welded up and repaired. ACTION NEEDED: none. | ||
