Details:	SUMMARY: Priority Non Complier Resolution DETAILS: I sent an email stating that quarterly water tests in June was listed as a source and not a distribution water sample. There were no water tests fro the third quarter, and extra samples in Feb and Oct of2015. There was also no annual nitrate sample taken in 2015. The system did not receive credit for distribution quaiierly testing in June 2015.As of 1-26-16 DWS website shows three source assessment samples for 2015, one of which is fourth quarter. Also the routine coliform sample for fourth quarter was taken in October and December. Please RTC these. ACTION NEEDED: The firm is required to continue with quarterly distribution water tests, and take an annual nitiate test each year. It was requested to ask the lab to conectly identify the quarterly distribution water tests, the annual source water tests, and the annual nitrate tests, when submitting to the DWS.
