| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: A sanitary survey was completed on August 28, 2015. The system had 4 significant deficiencies. All deficiencies have been corrected. A drain line was installed for the underground vault. The contractor, Star Water Systems, submitted photos showing install of the drain line and the completed work. Highway 20 Mini Storage is responsible for the well and treatment system and contracted the work to correct the deficiencies. ACTION NEEDED: No further action required. | ||
