| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive result from sample collected 2/2/16. Spoke with Marc. The TC positive sample was collected from the reverse osmosis unit in his home. The samples collected at the other homes were all absent. Marc plans to sanitize the RO unit, replace the filter and membrane, and resample. Marc will also collect a triggered source sample. ACTION NEEDED: Further action will be based on follow up sample results. | ||
