DETAILS: Jim emailed 9/8/2015 that the coliform sampling plan was completed, chlorine residual test kit was ordered and monitoring will begin once it arrives, and he is working with a company to get backflow testing done. All rule violations corrected except for the consumer confidence report which still needs to be completed, distributed and certified. ACTION NEEDED: CCR needs to be submitted. | ||
