| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to total colfiform-positive sample DETAILS: Daryl called to notify DWS that he just became aware of the presence of coliform bacteria in a sample collected on January 20, 2016. I explained that the appropriate sampling at this time is to collect 5 routine samples this month, but stated the repeat and triggered samples not collected immediately after the original sample will generate violations. I suggested a triggered source sample also be collected. ACTION NEEDED: Water system operators to collect and report follow-up samples as appropriate. | ||
