| Details: | SUMMARY: 4-LOG Treatment Confirmed DETAILS: System had a confirmed e-coli in sampling completed in July 2011 at the common header for the lower spring area A (SRC-AA) and the upper spring area B (SRC-AB). City reconstructed springs and installed 4-log viral disinfection treatment under PR#51-2013, which was granted Final Approval in a letter dated 1/31/14. The 1/31/14 letter specified they have to meet a minimum residual of 0.6 mg/l for combined spring flows up to a max of 80-gpm as measured after the 8-inch spring pipline during peak flow conditions. City started GWR Compliance Monitoring 3/1/14. ACTION NEEDED: City to continue daily compliance monitoring demonstrating that they meet a minimum entry point residual of 0.6 mg/l for 4-log viral disinfection of the combined spring flows up to a maximum of 80-gpm as measured after the 8-inch spring pipeline during peak flow conditions. | ||
