| Details: | I spoke with Katirina on the phone and informed her of the oportunity to stay on quarterly monitoring by collecting a routine sample now and another this quarter at least a week later. The following email was also sent: Hi Katirina, As I mentioned on the phone,the water system just received a violation and it is the 2nd quarterly violation in the last year. The system now needs to collect a routine coliform sample this month (and report by the 10th of next month (May)) and a 2nd sample sometime this quarter (at least 1 week after the first sample). Failure to both of these steps will result in the water system increasing to a monthly coliform monitoring schedule. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Greg |
