| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Alert DETAILS: Adam contacted me on 2/10 to report the detections. He said they disinfected and flushed the well/system on 2/1/16. He pulled 5 samples on 2/8 and 3 of them came back with total coliform detections. He said the public notice from Novmeber is still posted and he is working on getting a Well Specialist company to review the site and supply him with a proposal to correct the situation. He also mentioned that KeyBank is still planning on connecting to city of Salems water supply this spring but the other businesses on the system will continue to be served by the well. I asked him to update the public notice and reissue/repost it and to continue to work towards resolving the TC detections. I asked Adam to collect 5 temp routines in March. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on PN, intervention and monitoring. | ||
