| Details: | SUMMARY: Assessment sampling DETAILS: Paul called because he received a post card in the mail about a violation for missing an assessment sample. The sample from 11/12/15 is labeled RT when it should be AS, sample was taken from well. I emailed DMCE and asked for the sample type to be changed and the violation to be removed.
