| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead Copper Alert DETAILS: The system had a lead alert level from a sample taken 7/15/2013. They were notified and they said the samples were not representative. They were asked to ask for an exception in writing and resample with representative samples- the system resampled without the benefit of asking permission to do so - The State did not accept the samples as replacement samples thus the sampling for lead and copper were out of compliance and they were reverted back to six month sampling. The system was once again notified of the need to request an invalidation of samples in a letter dated Jan 26, 2015 . ACTION NEEDED: Need to request an invalidation of samples from sample set taken in July of 2013 | ||
