| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Follow Up DETAILS: Alert ID: Vio 3306422System violated TCR for no 4th qtr routine 2015. Reviewed history and system has had this vio for last several years. Called John and system usually closed early October, so has not been taking 4th qtr. Discussed RTCR and they will keep system open year-round and begin taking all 4 qtrs coliform and annual nitrate. ACTION NEEDED: Begin taking coliform samples all 4 qtrs as well as annual nitrate. I will change operating season to year-round. | ||
